Yoga, Meditation and Coaching with Horses! Next Retreat from September 30th - October 6th, 2017 in Spain.

Meet horses in their natural grace and experience a way of inner peace, confidence and strength.

Enjoy balancing yoga sessions, meditations and pranayama in a natural surrounding.

Horses recognize emotions, fears, and blockages and react on them, which gives us insight upon how to get more harmony in our lives.

Because they are grounded and centered by their nature, they help us to be with our attention in the here and now. They help us develop inner strength and authenticity and show us the importance of our intentions.

Yoga and meditation with horses show how important the connection is between ourselves and our environment to achieve our goals. We create cooperation in respectful communication in a non-verbal way.

With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. Through the groundwork that we do with the horses and during the yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions you will discover lots of new things, like dealing with temperament, power, and space.

We will also explore inner attitude, inner silence, relaxation, centering, grounding, balance
, breathing, body posture
, building up of confidence
, non-verbal ccommunication
, tenderness, and clearness.

It is not important if you have previous experience with horses, yoga and/or meditation because there is lots of individual attention for everybody and our groups are small. You will go in your own pace and will be able to anchor your personal experiences and return home feeling more grounded, refreshed and balanced.


The food

The nourishing healthy whole food diet will do more healing from the inside out. All food is gluten, sugar, and lactose free at our retreats – only delicious homemade meals, using the freshest and organically grown ingredients.

Breakfast can be anything from almond milk with granola, banana pancakes to crackers with avocado and cashew cheese with a smoothie prepared with Superfoods.

We’ll create lots of delicious meals together including soup, sushi, lasagna, and desserts and we’ll then get to eat what we’ve created (yes, detailed recipes will be provided for you to take home).

Exotic fruits, like mangoes, papayas, figs, etc. can be taken throughout the day.

The yoga

Yoga Difficult? No, Yoga is for everyone, as it is not about getting postures picture perfect but finding peace within yourself. When you do yoga regularly it helps us to find a relaxed, open radiant presence in the centre of our hectic lives. The underlying principle is that yoga is ‘meditation in motion’, the emphasis is on working within your own body to de-stress and regulate the internal systems. Ultimately coming into a state of conscious bliss. There will also be a range of holistic therapies available during your week with us at an additional cost.

Everyday we have a coaching session with Kim and her horses and a yoga and meditation session with Tara. This is how a general day will look like: 9 am Breakfast 10,00 am Short warm up yoga class 10,30 am Coaching with horses 13,30 pm lunch and after some free time, also massage treatments possible. 17,30 - 18,30 pm yoga and meditation 19,00 pm dinner. Some days we have an evening program and we will have an excursions with the horses to the river and wil bring a picknick with us. Each day there is also a possibility to learn about raw food preparations.

Arrival day. Programm starts at 17 pm with a juice and a sharing circle. At 19 pm we have dinner.

    I had chosen this retreat because they fitted with my core values: nature, pureness, impact, light ( life). I have really enjoyed the pure food, the nature on this beautiful place, from the connection with the horses. From the horses I got some great insights on how I am with people. I learned how much i am always concentrated on the outside world, what people think about me and then I can not be fully in my body and in the moment. The group made me feel very welcome, that was another special experience for me. The fire ceremony helped me to release some deep things and i feel much lighter now. I have the longing to make a difference in the world. I have learned some great tools here in this week. I could not do all the yoga postures because of some physical disabilities but just being part of them and feeling the energy gave me a lot. When I am back home I am certainly going to learn more about meditation and raw food and i also hope to start dancing again! I arrived on this retreat feeling very tired and stressed out. After this week here I feel home in my body again, I feel calm in my head, my heart feels open and i feel fully recharged again!
