Enjoy balancing yoga sessions, meditations and pranayama in a natural surrounding.
Horses recognize emotions, fears, and blockages and react on them, which gives us insight upon how to get more harmony in our lives.
Because they are grounded and centered by their nature, they help us to be with our attention in the here and now. They help us develop inner strength and authenticity and show us the importance of our intentions.
Yoga and meditation with horses show how important the connection is between ourselves and our environment to achieve our goals. We create cooperation in respectful communication in a non-verbal way.
With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. Through the groundwork that we do with the horses and during the yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions you will discover lots of new things, like dealing with temperament, power, and space.
We will also explore inner attitude, inner silence, relaxation, centering, grounding, balance
, breathing, body posture
, building up of confidence
, non-verbal ccommunication
, tenderness, and clearness.
It is not important if you have previous experience with horses, yoga and/or meditation because there is lots of individual attention for everybody and our groups are small. You will go in your own pace and will be able to anchor your personal experiences and return home feeling more grounded, refreshed and balanced.
The nourishing healthy whole food diet will do more healing from the inside out. All food is gluten, sugar, and lactose free at our retreats – only delicious homemade meals, using the freshest and organically grown ingredients.
Breakfast can be anything from almond milk with granola, banana pancakes to crackers with avocado and cashew cheese with a smoothie prepared with Superfoods.
We’ll create lots of delicious meals together including soup, sushi, lasagna, and desserts and we’ll then get to eat what we’ve created (yes, detailed recipes will be provided for you to take home).
Exotic fruits, like mangoes, papayas, figs, etc. can be taken throughout the day.
