Raw food, also called ‘life- or ‘sun-food’ is a plant based, mostly vegan diet that consists of raw vegetables, fruits, sprouted nuts, seeds, legumes and ‘super-foods’. These foods are not heated above 45 degrees, so we don't destroy the precious enzymes . Enzymes keep us young and vibrant, they are pure life force energy! When you want to feel more alive, eat more life food!
Sunfood is another name for Raw food. It is food that is grown under the influence of direct sunlight in a natural state, free from gluten and pesticides or other chemical influences.
Superfoods have been used for centuries by ancient cultures as food and medicine. These foods contain an extremely high content of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and anti-oxidants.
